Keeping the camera still has been a problem that they are slowly addressing. Hailuo.ai allows you to add a camera prompt recently "Static Shot" which will keep the camera still. For others somethings that have worked for me are terms like static shot, camera is stationary, and no camera movement, though it doesn't always work. Hopefully they will keep improving them.
